Bus Stop Promotions was proud to host "Times Square Live!" on New Year's Eve at The Garden Theater located in the heart of the trendy Short North neighborhood in downtown Columbus, Ohio. This historic theater was transformed into Times Square for a New York-themed New Year's Eve celebration. Party-goers watched the Times Square celebration live on a big screen, experienced live music from NYC and Columbus (presented by Fieldhouse/BMG Chrysalis), enjoyed New York cocktails and hors d'oeurves, joined in a champaigne toast, and danced the night away! This was Bus Stop Promotions' first New Year's Eve bash, and it started with a bang!

Bus Stop Promotions was given the privelege to curate the Nationwide Arena Stage at Red, White & BOOM! this year! We booked the stage with 8 local favorite independent bands; Kid Runner, Erica Blinn & the Handsome Machine, The Rust Belt Rumble Family Band, Angela Perley & the Howlin' Moons, Jared Mahone, The Wet Darlings, Nick D' & the Believers, and MojoFlo! The day was a huge success and the atmosphere was electric.

CHRIS TRAPPER began his career as the front man for late-90’s alternative rock band THE PUSH STARS(Capitol Records). With four CD releases and several high profile national tours -- including a run with Matchbox Twenty -- The Push Stars served to establish Chris as an authentic talent.
As a singer /songwriter, Chris is most known for his original song THIS TIME, the #1 selling song on the Grammy nominated soundtrack for AUGUST RUSH (Robin Williams, Jonathan Rhys Meyers /Warner Bros Pictures). His music can best be described as lyrically driven roots-pop with a knack for telling everyday stories.
